RecetasMedicas: End-to-End Prescription Platform for Private Clinics
From patient intake to a signed e-prescription in Spain's national registry — fully automated, in three languages.

Project Overview
Private clinics in Spain had no connected digital path from consultation to prescription — patient intake on paper, manual REMPe sessions, and billing reconciled across disconnected systems.
We built a Next.js monorepo connecting a patient-facing app, an embeddable clinic SDK, and an admin panel to four external systems through one automated post-payment pipeline.
How It Works
A patient fills a schema-driven form, verifies their identity with a live biometric scan via Stripe Identity, and pays through Stripe. On success, an orchestration pipeline pushes a patient record and clinical document to WebDoc EHR, opens an authenticated REMPe session using the verified identity data, and retrieves the signed prescription PDF — delivered to the patient automatically.
